ONE WORKOUT A DAY

Today's workout. Already decided.

Today's Lift sends you one session every morning. Open it, lift, log it, done — and tomorrow adjusts to how today actually went. No routines to pick, no programs to build, no blank screen at the gym.

No password, ever. One email when it opens, then nothing until you sign up.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, and none of them are decisions.

  1. 01

    It arrives at your time.

A notification at 6:30 — or whenever you train — with the session already built. You never open the app to a blank screen.

  2. 02

    You lift, it logs.

The weights are already filled in; logging a set is one tap. Lifted less than it suggested? That is the feedback — you don't have to explain.

  3. 03

    Tomorrow adjusts.

Tired, sore, something hurts, or just a one-line note — say it once and the next session accounts for it. Leg day yesterday means lighter legs today.

IT SHOWS ITS WORK

You can read every decision it made.

An app that decides for you is worth nothing if you cannot see what it decided, or change what it decided from.

  • Every session says why.

Today's workout opens with a note in ordinary words: what carried over from your last few days, what it is working around, why a weight moved up or down. You never have to guess what it was thinking.

  • What it works from is one screen.

The days you train, how long you have, the equipment you can actually reach, what you are avoiding right now, when it should arrive — all of it written out in plain language and editable. Change something and tomorrow's session is built from the change.

  • Tell it once.

Say that full-body after leg day is too much, and it keeps accounting for that — not as a setting you have to remember you set, but in every session it writes afterwards.

WHAT IT IS NOT

No feed. No macros.

No 5,000-exercise library to scroll. No program builder.

Just today's lift.

QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

What is Today's Lift?

Today's Lift is an iPhone app that sends you one workout every morning, already built from your own training history. You open the notification, lift what it says, and log a set with a tap. There is no program to choose and nothing to set up before you go.

How is it different from Hevy or Fitbod?

Hevy is a logger: you bring the program and record what you did. Fitbod builds a session at the moment you open it and ask for one. Today's Lift decides the session ahead of time and delivers it, so the workout is waiting for you instead of waiting on you.

Does it use AI?

Yes. Each session is written by a language model reading your actual logged history and the notes you leave — what you lifted, what you skipped, what hurt — rather than assembled from a library of templates. It does the thinking you would otherwise do standing in the gym.

What does it cost?

Today's Lift will be a paid membership with a trial to start — building a fresh session for you every day has a real cost on our side, so there is no free tier. Pricing is announced at launch, and the early-access list hears it before anyone else.

What platforms?

iPhone, to start. Today's Lift is built for iOS first; there is no Android version yet, and the early-access list is where that news will land when there is.

Tomorrow's is already being written.
